We always love receiving customer suggestions and discovering what you’re searching for. While we can’t guarantee that every piece will be available, we’re always happy to add your request to our crystal wish list and keep it in mind when sourcing new treasures.

Sometimes the most magical pieces begin with a customer asking:

“Could you go on the hunt for this?”

Send us a message with as much information as possible, including:

• Your preferred shape or style
• Approximate size

Please note that crystal requests are suggestions rather than confirmed special orders unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

When will my order be shipped?

Processing times and estimated delivery timeframes can be found on our Shipping & Returns page. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address if your order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

Once a parcel has entered the postal network, we may not be able to redirect or recover it. Please carefully check your address, postcode, email address, and phone number before completing your order.

Will I receive the exact crystal pictured?

Individual statement pieces are generally photographed and listed separately, meaning you’ll receive the exact piece shown unless the product description states otherwise.

Products listed as intuitively chosen will be personally selected for you from the available collection. As crystals are natural creations, variations in colour, pattern, shape, inclusions, and size are completely normal and part of what makes every piece unique.

Can you help me choose a crystal?

Of course. Tell us what you’re feeling drawn to, what intention you’re working with, or what qualities you’d like support with, and we can suggest a few crystals for you to explore.

Our suggestions are intended as spiritual and educational guidance. The final choice is always yours—sometimes the crystal you can’t stop thinking about is the perfect place to begin.

Do you offer crystal identification?

We may be able to offer a general opinion when clear photographs and background information are provided. However, crystal identification from photographs alone cannot always be guaranteed.

For valuable, rare, or scientifically important specimens, professional gemological or mineralogical testing may be required.

Can I reserve an item?

Because many Midnight Maya pieces are one of a kind, we generally cannot guarantee holds or reservations unless an arrangement has been confirmed directly.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and the piece may remain available for another customer to purchase until checkout has been completed.

Can you source a crystal especially for me?

You’re welcome to send us your request. We love going on the hunt for beautiful, unusual, and meaningful pieces.

Availability, price, quality, size, and sourcing time can vary considerably, so submitting a request does not guarantee that we’ll be able to locate the perfect piece. If we do find something suitable, we may contact you before adding it to the store.

Do you accept returns?

Return eligibility depends on the circumstances and the type of product purchased. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy.

Nothing in our store policies is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

My parcel has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the parcel and packaging
• A clear photograph of the shipping label

Please keep all packaging while we review your enquiry, as it may be required for a postal or insurance claim.
