Refund policy

As all of our crystals have come from our beautiful earth, they are all as unique as the lovely individuals that are selecting them. Midnight Maya strives to represent our crystals as accurately and honestly as possible through our photo and description product listings. All sales are final and returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind. 

Please note that our raw crystals and clusters are made by nature, therefore they naturally have what some would deem 'imperfections', due to their earth removal and being in their natural state. Midnight Maya does not accept returns on these unless you can provide photos that they have been broken during our shipping process. They are all unique and come with their own quirks and that is what makes them beautiful.

If you receive a damaged crystal, please email us photos within 7 days of receiving your package with proof of purchase at shopmidnightmaya@outlook.com and we will review your request. 

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
