Located in the center of the chest, the Heart Chakra (Anahata) represents love, connection and compassion.
Located in the upper abdomen, the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) is associated with personal power, confidence, motivation, and self-esteem.
Located below the navel, the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) governs creativity, pleasure, passion, and relationships.
