Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, processing times, returns and a few gentle reminders before your crystal begins its journey home.

Every Midnight Maya order is carefully wrapped by hand to help ensure your crystals arrive safely at their new home.
Tracking is provided with every order so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We’ll send your tracking details as soon as your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched.
Before completing your order, please double-check that your shipping address, email address and mobile phone number are correct. These details are provided directly to Australia Post so you can receive tracking updates and delivery notifications.
If an incorrect shipping address has been entered and your parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply before your order can be resent.

The delivery timeframes above are estimates provided by Australia Post and are intended as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather events, peak periods (such as Christmas), or other circumstances outside of our control. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
✍️ Signature on Delivery & Extra Cover

For additional peace of mind, we offer Australia Post’s optional delivery services at checkout.
🖊️ Signature on Delivery can be added for $2.95, ensuring your parcel is only delivered once a signature has been obtained.
🛡️ Australia Post Extra Cover can also be organised should you wish to insure your parcel for additional value of $100+ for $4 per additional $100 cover. Please contact us to organise a special listing for you to represent your preferred insurance amount. Extra Cover is charged at Australia Post’s current rates and can provide cover for eligible items up to their allowable limits.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Shipping

We happily ship throughout New Zealand.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. In many cases, the more you purchase, the more economical the shipping becomes per kilogram.
Tracking is included with all New Zealand orders where available through Australia Post’s international network.

Midnight Maya currently ships to over 60 countries, with more destinations being added as we continue to grow.
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes and other government charges vary between countries and remain the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing your order.
⏳ Processing Time
Preparing your treasures with care.
We carefully prepare every order before it leaves our Crystal Kingdom.
While we generally post out orders on the same business day/next business day, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be lovingly packed and dispatched.
During busy periods, product launches or holiday seasons, processing times may occasionally be a little longer. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
📍 Lost, Delayed & Stolen Parcels
We’re here to help if something doesn’t go to plan.
Midnight Maya partners with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and provides tracking for every order.
Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
If your tracking shows delays, we recommend checking your tracking first using the Australia Post Tracking service before contacting us, as Australia Post has the most up-to-date information regarding your parcel’s journey.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll happily work with Australia Post to assist wherever possible.
If Australia Post confirms your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Midnight Maya cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence.
We genuinely hope you fall in love with your Midnight Maya treasures.
As each crystal is individually photographed and carefully described, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Because many of our products are natural crystals, clusters and raw mineral specimens, every piece will display its own unique colours, formations, inclusions, textures and natural characteristics. These beautiful variations are part of what makes each crystal one of a kind and are not considered faults.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please email shopmidnightmaya@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions for returning your item.
Please return approved items within 14 days of receiving your return instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Every crystal in our collection has been lovingly created by Mother Earth over thousands—sometimes millions—of years. No two are ever exactly alike, and that’s part of their magic.
We photograph every crystal as accurately and honestly as possible, however natural variations in colour, inclusions, texture and formation should always be expected. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
At Midnight Maya, we believe crystals are beautiful companions for intention, mindfulness and personal growth. While many people enjoy working with their traditional metaphysical meanings, crystals are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
Their magic doesn’t come from the crystal alone—it begins with you. Your intentions, your actions, your belief and the meaning you choose to create are what bring your journey to life.
