Most of our orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. During busy periods, dispatch may take 2–3 business days as we are still a small and growing business. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and include a contact phone number where possible. This allows our shipping partners to contact you if they need assistance with your delivery.

Every order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey. For additional peace of mind, Signature on Delivery is available at checkout on eligible orders.

While we take every care in packaging your order safely and securely, once your parcel has been handed to our shipping partner, delivery is managed by the carrier.
